Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Mathica (the "Application") operated by Frontier Creators LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
1.2 Definitions For purposes of these Terms:
Application means the software program provided by the Company and downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Mathica.
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store) from which the Application is downloaded.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party. "Control" means direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting securities or equity interests of an entity.
Country refers to the State of California, United States.
Company refers to Frontier Creators LLC, 2160 Barranca Parkway #1362, Irvine, CA 92606, USA.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Service refers collectively to the Application and any related websites, content, and services provided by the Company.
You means (i) the individual accessing or using the Service, who is at least thirteen (13) years old or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, or (ii) the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual accesses or uses the Service.
2. Acknowledgment
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company and govern your access to and use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service are also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access the Service.
Age Requirement. The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.
2.1 License Grant The Company grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Application on your Device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms and any usage rules set by the applicable Application Store.
3. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
3.1 Third-Party Services and Ads The Service may display advertisements, including in-game banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos, that are provided by third-party advertising networks or other external vendors. Advertising content and any links contained therein are supplied solely by the relevant third parties; the Company does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content. Any interactions you undertake with these advertisements—including subsequent downloads, purchases, or communications—are exclusively between you and the third party. The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your reliance on, or interactions with, any advertising content presented through the Service.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any legitimate reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, or if such action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service or the rights of other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to (a) the amount actually paid by you through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US $100) if you have not made any purchases through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms, even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations shall apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

6. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.
Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on statutory rights. Therefore, some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at legal@frontiercreatorsllc.com.
8.1 For European Union Users If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
8.2 United States Legal Compliance You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist-supporting" country and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. Severability and Waiver
9.1 Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9.2 Waiver Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms will not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor will the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
10. Translation Interpretation
These Terms may have been translated. In the event of a dispute, the original English text shall prevail.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before new terms take effect. This notice may be provided through the Application, on our official website (if applicable), or by other electronic means we deem appropriate. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Service or the Application after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, you must discontinue using the Service.
